This site is operated by registered company name (to be supplied), tax number (to be supplied), registered address (to be supplied).
What this site sells
Stays, tours and flights in Phú Quốc, sold either directly or arranged with the property or operator on your behalf.
Making a booking
An account is not required. A booking is identified by its reference and the email it was made with, and those two together are what let you find, change or cancel it.
A booking is REQUESTED until it is confirmed with the property or operator. Payment does not by itself confirm a booking, and where the two differ, what My Trips shows is what we hold.
Prices
Prices are shown and charged in Vietnamese dong. Any figure shown in another currency is indicative and converted for display only; the amount charged is the dong amount. A card issued outside Vietnam is converted by the card network, and your bank may add its own fee.
Payment
Payment is taken through the gateway, never on this site. The amount charged is derived from the booking on our side and cannot be set by the browser.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the property or operator and are shown before you book. the cancellation terms (to be supplied)
Responsibility
Where a stay, tour or flight is operated by someone else, that operator is responsible for delivering it. We are responsible for arranging it accurately and for what we tell you about it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Vietnamese consumer law.
Governing law
